For example, the companies who are members of the RAL Quality Assurance Association for the Thermal Insulation of Façades must have at least one qualified manager with extensive knowledge and experience in the planning and execution of façade insulation projects. A manager in this sense means a master craftsman in the painting and varnishing trade or a master craftsman in the plaster-ing trade with at least 3 years of experience in the thermal insulation of façades. In addition, they must also have acquired the certificate “Energy consultant in the painting and varnishing trade or in the plastering trade” or a comparable certificate.
